Caesar salads, especially with grilled chicken are one of my favorites.
Now I've put together all those great flavors into a chicken burger recipe that is a really nice alternative to regular hamburgers.
I've even added a bit of chopped jalapeno to give it a little kick and color.
Along with the ground chicken (or ground turkey) you'll be adding lemon zest and juice, some bacon, seasoned bread crumbs, garlic and freshly grated parmesan - just like a salad!
After it comes in off the grill and onto the bun drizzle it with loads of creamy Caesar salad dressing.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8 - 10 minutes (or internal temp 165F)
Direct Heat: 425F - 450F
What you'll need:
Step 1:
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients well and form into patties as shown.
Use about 2/3 cup mixture per patty.
Step 2:
Once the grill has reached temperature place the patties on the grates and close the lid.
After a few minutes lift the lid and rotate each patty 45 degrees to get a nice diamond char pattern on the meat.
After several more minutes flip the patties over and place cheese on top of each one.
Once the patties reach an internal temperature of 165F remove them from the grill and serve with buns and creamy Caesar salad dressing.
Enjoy!
