With a very short ingredient list this is really a quick and easy recipe for grilled shrimp that you can make on a busy weeknight or to serve as an appetizer.

Thread larger 16-20 size peeled, deveined shrimp on bamboo skewers and let soak an hour in garlic powder, lemon pepper and a splash of Franks Red Hot sauce before grilling.

Step 1:
Thread 4 to 5 shrimp on each bamboo skewer and place in a shallow dish long enough to hold the skewers.
Sprinkle garlic powder, lemon pepper and drizzle some Franks Red Hot sauce over the shrimp.
Flip the shrimp kebabs over and repeat the garlic, lemon pepper and Franks on the other side.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2:
Preheat the grill to 475F and oil the grates.
Once the grill has reached cooking temperature place the shrimp skewers on the oiled grates and close the lid.
After 3 minutes lift the lid. The shrimp should be turning opaque and slightly orangey-brown.
Give each skewer a wiggle to loosen from the grates and flip them over and close the lid.
After another few minutes lift the lid, the shrimp should be cooked and ready to remove.
Serve immediately.
