Serves: 2 - 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Direct Heat
400F - 450F
Note: marinate 4 hours up to overnight for best results
What you'll need:
Step 1:
Combine the marinade ingredients in a glass jar and mix well.
Put the chicken wings in a reseable plastic zip bag and pour in the marinade.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours but it's better if you can leave them overnight.
Step 2:
Clean and well oil the grates of the grill and preheat to 400F - 450F.
When the grill reaches temperature place the buffalo wings on the grill and close the lid.
Check on the wings every couple of minutes and flip them and move them around on the grill as they begin to brown up.
Some will cook quicker than othes so you need to monitor them and keep moving and flipping them.
Step 3:
As they begin to brown up and about 5 minutes before taking them off the grill begin basting the chicken with the honey sauce mixture.
Baste both sides often and keep flipping them and moving them.
When cooked remove them from the grill and serve immediately.
Enjoy!
