You'll be surprised at how quick and easy this shrimp scampi recipe is to make.
Use your favorite salad dressing for the liquid content (and flavor) and any packaged shredded Italian cheese blend.
The rest of the ingredients combine with the scampi in small oven-proof bowls to make one of the tastiest shrimp bruschetta appetizers going.
Cook the shrimp with the bruschetta mixture for about 10 minutes then add the shredded cheese - after it melts and is golden bubbly it's time to dig in!
This is close to being one of the best scampi recipe I've made but I'll let you decide.
The other scampi recipe is here if you want to compare.
