Grilled vegetable recipes are very popular and usually pretty easy but the don't get much easier then grilling corn on the cob.
The heat from the BBQ caramelizes the sugars in a corn and brings out a nice sweet, smoky flavor.
It's kind of a nice change from just boiling the corn on your stove.
Some folks soak the cobs, husk and all, in water then put them on the grill that way. Others wrap them in foil first then cook them.
All pretty good ideas but I've found with this recipe the preparation is minimal and while you're busy with the main dish you can just give each cob a spin now and then to cook all sides.
Once the corn is cooked consider using one of the flavored butters like the Garlic Tarragon butter recipe on the website.
